Where can I find a large bicycle-mounted rack?

I'm looking for a larger than normal bicycle mounted rack - about large enough to carry a case of beer securely. My local bike store told me that if I wanted something that large, I'd have to fabricate it myself. Anyone know of any that I can just purchase?

2. Hell yeah, I'm on board for this one. The easiest solution would be purchasing some touring panniers. There are roomy bags that mount to the top of the rack as well. You could line them with industrial trash liners and ice the beer too. Just google "touring panniers". There's a flood of sites that sell them.
