install huntington surfboard bicycle rack?

i recently bought this bike rear bike rack to carry my surfboard. it advertises "easy installation". i, however, could not for the life of me figure out how to put it on. can someone help me out here? please use detail here is the bike rack http://www.wetsand.com/product.asp?locationid=4&ProdId=44&CatId=918

1. Did it come with instructions ?
2. I can't see much from that picture, but I expect there will be a clamp around the seatpost, similar to the ones you get with LED lights (but hopefully not plastic!). The bottom bits will have a couple of screws to go into the rack eyelets above your dropouts. You do have rack eyelets? No? That makes things difficult.
