What's the cheapest enclosed pet carrier to attach to a bicycle? (want to hold a 10 pound dog)?

PS: We do exercise the dog, but he can't go far and once he's tired I want to keep going to burn some calories and get exercise myself.

1. Skip the carrier, let the dog run. It will save you money and the dog will love it and live longer. My little girl is now 21 years old (yes, 21 years in people years) and she would still rather run then be carried on a bike. I do go slower but she doesn't know that!
2. Go on your local Craigslist (craigslist.org) and search for a trailer in the 'bikes' section. You'll probably be able to find something used that is still perfect for carrying a pet.
