How do I clean foam with cloth glued to it without separating? It is the pad in my baby's bicycle carrier?

You can use, Shaving cream to clean this carrier just as you would a fabric upholstery cleaner but this is less expensive and won't hurt your baby, just spray a little foam, but do not use the gel type shaving creams on the seat then wipe on till it disappears then vacuum up a few hours later your baby's carrier will be clean again. You can also do this; Soiled upholstery Rub soiled cotton upholstery fabric with an art gum eraser or squares (purchased at stationery store).
use a stem cleaner.
Use the garden hose I would just use dawn and water to clean with and the spray it down and leave in sun to dry thoroughly! I take the high chair outside and that gets so nasty I even use clorox clean up and wash down on the drive way so it wont get in grass. Dawn will not hurt the lawn! Good Luck
