Which is a better car seat carrier frame for the Graco snugride?

Would you go with the Graco snap'n'go or the Kolcraft universal car seat carrier? Or something else? And how is the Kolcraft made to be secure--where does the belt strap onto? I live in a city and need a car seat for taxis -- and don't want an extra stroller till the baby outgrows it!

1. I'd just go with the snap 'n go to be consistent. However, why buy two strollers? I'd get a metrolite stroller from Graco so you only have to purchase one stroller for your baby as he/she gets older.
2. Or, get a sling so you can have your baby safe and near you and it is WAY more convinient than any stroller. There's no where I can't go with my baby in my sling :)
