Where can I find a "large" bag that will secure to the rear rack of my bicycle?

Is this a style of bag you might be interested in? it secures to the seat and the rack.http://www.rivbike.com/products/list/bags_and_racks#product=20-169 Its the biggest I know of that sits on top of the rack, pricey though.
