Summary: I took generic Kroger brand Ibuprofen during the race to prevent any sort of flare up Between that and the E caps I was popping all kinds of pills I rode the same bike that I rode in Iowa with a 34 19 gear and 700x42 IRC Mythos CX tires I think I could have used a bigger gear but my knees may beg to differ
